Cambridge Realty Capital Companies has provided a $1.99 million FHA-insured HUD loan to refinance Chelmsford Apartments, Toledo, Ohio. The fully-amortized, 40-year term loan was underwritten by Cambridge Realty Capital Ltd. of Illinois, for the property's owner, an Ohio corporation. The loan was arranged utilizing HUD's Section 223(a)(7) program for properties with an existing HUD mortgage. The interest rate was not disclosed.
